I was having a lot of anxiety and was withdrawing from alcohol and suboxone. I wanted more medication and was panicking. Joe Franklin asked me to walk with him to my room, sat down and calmly explained how the body handles withdrawal. He listened to me. He understood. But the most impressive part was that he was in no rush. He was focused on calming me and reassuring me. He genuinely cared about my well-being. I'm not the only patient that's experienced that with him. Joe's the best!
