Every time I go to PICU I can always look forward to seeing Joe because I know he will always be funny, on top of everything, organized, patient, (especially patient), and always motivating. Being in PICU is a very difficult experience because it's normally never under good circumstances. It can get you down and depressed, but Joe is always there when I wake up to encourage me that everything's going to be fine. He's there to make sure I get out of bed. And he's always there to be a friend, a shoulder to cry on, the man to go to for sports updates. Thank you so much, Joe, for being an exemplary nurse. I hope when I start my path to become a nurse I can live up to your expectations of outstanding care.
