I have been able to spend a significant amount of time working side by side with Joe and admiring his work ethic, compassion, and care for his patients. Though one situation and one special patient has stood out in which Joe modeled extraordinary care. Witnessing these moments and this experience truly moved me to not only be a better nurse but a better person and friend. Joe is an absolutely exceptional nurse. He is an outstanding role model for MIHS's nursing staff.
