My elderly mother of 93 was admitted with a fracture after an incident at home. She also tested positive for COVID. Normally independent and living alone with some family assistance. We were blessed to have JoeAnna as our nurse over the holiday weekend. She was so compassionate and kind. My mother was scared to death having had bad experiences at other area hospitals. JoeAnna treated my elderly mother like she was her only patient. Never in a rush. She answered many questions from our family to us at ease. It was a busy holiday weekend, but you would not have known that by JoeAnna's care and presence at mother's side. Guthrie Corning is very fortunate to have JoeAnna representing their hospital. During these trying times for the medical world, JoeAnna is a diamond in the rough. God Bless Her!
