Too many times we go to the doctor or hospital and we don’t feel heard or don’t get treated with the best bedside manner, understandably sometimes that gets lost with the stress of the job, but I have never felt more comfortable and at ease than when I first met this RN. Right away this RN made me feel comfortable and more at ease and instantly put a smile on my face. This RN really takes the time to listen and sits and talks to take your mind off of everything else. I have been to the hospital a couple of times and always hope that this RN is working. Not only does the RN do a thorough job but they go above and beyond by making me feel like a person and not just another patient. Even outside of the hospital while shopping, this RN stopped to say “hi” and see how I was doing. Unfortunately, I have had to return to the hospital and when I got transferred to this wing I was able to look out the window and saw this RN coming to work and I instantly got a smile on my face, felt more at ease, and knew it was going to be a better night. All in all, I believe this RN goes above and beyond and makes me feel more at ease during a stressful time and makes me feel just a little bit better about the situation, and the time goes a little faster.
