Joel came into work with a smile. He never once talked about his problems or past sickness in comparison to how I was feeling. He seemed to be understanding and caring and looked as if he loved his job. When I had a problem, he addressed/took care of it right away. He looks happy to be serving YKHC, and you all should be proud of him because he is doing a great job. Even though I knew there were many patients, I felt like I was the only patient. He never once acted judgmental and just made me feel welcome. We need more nurses like Joel. Thank you.
