Our 79-year-old patient was admitted to Medical 2 for two weeks. Like any other patient, he went through tough times that not only affected his well-being but also his family, who are all hands-on when it comes to his health.

This patient's stay with the department was worth noting because, despite the challenges that he is facing regarding his health, we saw that our hero, Mr. Joel, was there with a warm heart and sincere service that he provided in his care. We know that he is likely tired from all his work and multitasking, but we never see it in his pace every time he comes and responds to our needs.

We would like to say that we see and appreciate you, Brother Joel. Our deepest thanks and gratitude for being kind, attentive, understanding, and, most especially, professional in attending to our needs. You are the embodiment of being an asset to the nursing staff of this prestigious SJMC institution.
