joel sanders, RN

Joel Sanders shows up for work one hour early daily to make sure his OR room is up to par for the day. He does that on his own free will. He's a well-rounded and skilled OR nurse. He can do every surgical service and is well appreciated amongst his peers. This OR can be a very difficult place to work but he shows up every day with a good attitude. I've worked with this individual for over two years and he rarely calls out or makes excuses on why he can't perform any task. Very kind and compassionate about his job, peers, and patients.
