Whenever Joel Varghese brings patients up from the ED to me (in the MSCIU) they are always very happy and appreciative of Joel and the work he does for them. He always helps us get the patient settled in their new room before leaving to go back. His positive attitude seeps into every aspect of his nursing care. He always has a smile on his face and a kind word to say whether it's for patients or for co-workers. He truly is a joy to work with. Joel spreads joy everywhere he goes.
