Joelene Fisk was my nurse during my stay on the rehab unit. She provided care to me as if I was her family and made me feel at ease. She was always prompt to answer my calls and was always thoroughly communicating what she was going to do and what was expected of me. When questions were asked, Joelene was always a step ahead. When it was time for discharge, she expedited my discharge and all went seamlessly. She was always prompt, helpful, professional and has a sense of humor. Her humor and wonderful personality aided in my speedy recovery. It was a true joy to receive patient care from such a talented nurse. Thank you Joelene and thank you VA.
