I was talking to Johanna and I got very emotional. She actually felt my pain. I had tears falling and I noticed her eyes watering up. That made me feel like someone was listening and was understanding how I was feeling! She's a great nurse and she knows how to make you feel good, just knowing that someone is actually listening to what you are saying. We need a million more caring nurses like Johanna! God crossed our paths because he knew I needed someone to show me that they understand where I was coming from and that someone does care. Thank you for assigning her to my care.
