I was visiting my friend and he was very confused and not able to care for himself. Johanna was very friendly, compassionate, professional, helpful and cared for him cheerfully. I appreciated her attitude and quick response to the call bell.

Johanna was always cheerful and understood what I was going through. She was very accommodating and attentive to all of my needs. She is very professional, thoughtful and always made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. She also would keep my doctors informed of any issues I had. She made my stay as good as it could be, under the circumstances. I was very lucky to have been surrounded by such hardworking and personable people.
