My mom was extremely scared before and after her open-heart surgery. When she was finally in the ICU she was attended by Johanna who went above and beyond. The fact that she spoke Spanish made my mother feel at ease. Her bedside manner and genuine love for her work are above anything we’ve seen before. Thanks to all the nurses, but special kudos to her.
