Joanna consistently went above and beyond in her care of my brother. She was incredibly attentive when she was his nurse, making sure that he was comfortable, feeling safe, and had anything he needed. Even when she was not specifically assigned to him, she would stop in and check on him. She also would let whoever was his nurse know some of the things that he enjoyed and they would bring them to him. Her very kind and caring nature really made her stand out among her peers.

Although she was often very busy, she took the time to listen to the patient's concerns and responded to these concerns by alerting the doctors or others who could possibly help. She was a very collaborative nurse who seemed to enjoy wonderful relationships with the staff on Four East. We felt very fortunate to have Joanna caring for our special family member.
