Johanna is a professional nurse. She dealt with us really well and explained everything that we needed to know about the procedure that my wife was scheduled to undergo. This reassured my wife that everything would be all right.

Johanna is also a respectable nurse. She ensured my wife's privacy by covering her hair and always smiling at her.  

I felt comfortable that Johanna was taking care of my wife. As a patient relative, I was also given enough updates and information about my wife's situation, and Johanna took care of us the same way she took care of the patient.
