Johanne was recognized by a family whose newborn son had to spend time in the intensive care nursery. They have two little girls who are age 3 and 5 and she made them feel so special during the time their little brother was in the nursery. She explained to them what was going on with him and held him at a level so they could see him. She made the entire family feel very comfortable and they were grateful to have her as their son's nurse.
