John went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He was honest and upfront about what was happening as far as testing and what was going to happen next. He was very caring about my feelings and my well-being. He made me feel like I wasn’t another number or just some dude in a bed he was stuck dealing with. He explained everything he could in detail and made sure to inform me about all of my next steps! He has completely changed how I feel about coming to this hospital as it has not been my favorite one to go to due to bad past experiences. I commend him and his awesome spirit and attitude and appreciate everything he’s done for me!
