John Buchanan, RN

I came in this morning around 3 am with chest pain and was really feeling awful. John was my nurse. He was awesome from the moment that he walked into my room. Let’s just say a “ray of sunshine". He had me laughing and we all know that laughter makes everything better. He was very patient and gentle. The staff was swamped and I felt so bad for everyone but the positivity and the sweetness that he showed actually made me feel more positive about being there.
John was incredible during my recent visit to the ER. He was attentive and anticipated my needs. He was personable and funny which is important in a stressful situation. He answered all of my questions and provided additional information to me. He kept me informed of tests and all results. He is an asset to the ER department.
