John cared for my Grandfather and our entire family during the dying process. He always showed compassion in his approach, his warm smile, gentle touch and immaculate bedside manner exuded compassion and reverence and made a very difficult time as excellent as it could be.
He is an exceptional member of the CHI Team and, after this experience, he will always be part of our family.
