John has been very attentive. He has explained every procedure in Layman’s terms so I can understand it. I had not eaten for over 24 hours when John made sure I could order something to eat. To show his level of attentiveness, he even offered to take the covers off of my food. John is not only a great nurse; he is a great person. His service has made me glad that I chose Memorial Hermann Pearland. I don’t plan on coming back, but if I ever need care, I won’t hesitate to come here.
