I received a call from the mother of a child who was seen as a patient in the Emergency Department-Waterville. She wanted us to know what an outstanding visit they had because of John Couture. She stated
"John was an angel and was awesome. He was so good with her (the child), talked with her and explained everything to her. He was very prompt with IVs and antibiotics, gave her ice chips, crackers, and warm blankets. He relieved any anxiety we had. The care could not have been any better. I want to make sure he is recognized."
