It isn't easy to lose your child. John has such compassion. I was so confused as well as scared. He took the time to listen and even came back to check on us even though he was working in another section. He is an exceptional example of a nurse and went above and beyond to explain what I didn't understand. He was so professional yet attentive and considerate of my feelings. My husband and I feel he is the epitome of nursing.
