After my mom had a stroke she was placed on the 5th floor where we met John Dawson. John was sweet, compassionate and sympathetic to my mother's needs. He was the only person able to get my mother to eat. I love him for that. You can tell John is devoted to his job. John was attentive, paid attention to details, answered any questions I had, and gave clear explanations. He showed true concern.
