John went the extra mile to care for me. He took the time to walk with me and talk with me. He made sure I ordered dinner. I forgot to order a drink, so he ordered one for me. He made me feel like a person and not just a patient. My hands have a tremor, so he laid a towel across my chest without me asking him in case I spilled.
