Please accept this letter as an acknowledgment for John, the nurse, in the Emergency Room. I am writing this letter on behalf of my husband who was in the emergency room. My reason for writing is because he was telling me about a nurse that he had named John. I knew about John the nurse, because I called, and I had to speak to him regarding my husband's stay there. He could not get over the fact that John, his nurse, was such a caring and helpful nurse. When I picked him up from the hospital, my husband had tears in his eyes. I asked him what was wrong, and he said John was so caring and made you feel like a person should feel when they are sick. I spoke to John as well on the phone and I found that to be true as well.
While all hospital staff are doing an excellent job during this Covid-19 pandemic, John is going above and beyond in his duties and caring. My husband has since then been admitted to a nursing home, and he wishes that he could find a nurse John there when he arrives. I pray so too.
