John was caring for a patient in the ICU while the patient's wife was receiving care in another unit at the hospital. As it was Valentine's Day, the couple was sad to not be able to spend time together, but luckily John was able to coordinate a visit between them, so they could spend the holiday together. This is just one example of many in which he's gone above and beyond for his patients.
