John Galvez is an excellent nurse. The minute I came to the floor he welcomed me with a warm smile which made a big difference. He checked on me all night and explained to me in detail about my procedure. He also explained to me about the side effects of the medicine and the importance of being compliant to better manage my diagnosis.
Kaiser is lucky to have John on board. I hope he is recognized for his hard work. He went above and beyond in providing me with exceptional care. I wish him all the best. If I ever get admitted again, I hope he is my nurse. Thank you, John, for making my stay a pleasant one.
