When we arrived, John welcomed each one of us, shook hands with us, smiled, and welcomed our visitors. He included all in his explanations of each preparation and often asked "do you have any questions?"
His gentle manner and gentle joking helped us relax. He was very courteous to us as well as the other staff members he introduced to us. When I needed to go to the restroom, he didn't just give me directions, he walked me there. He also explained each procedure thoroughly.
