When I think of John, I think of the words "excellence," "persistence," and "commitment." John has an amazing ability to always stay positive and focused on the reason we are here - to care for our patients and have the best possible outcomes for them. John is a transformational leader who is committed to personally caring for his nursing staff and helping them grow professionally. John is a champion for fall reduction and is always willing to step in to help with hospital-wide initiatives that advance the nursing profession.

He makes himself available for his team and creates a professional and family-like environment to help them grow and thrive. He casts an inspiring vision for the unit and encourages others to pursue their future goals. John never gives up. He is a truly gifted leader, and we are so fortunate to have him at St. Mary's!
