John Gremillion, RN

"I'm here for the patients". That says it all about John, he's here to give the best care possible to the Touro patients. Since he has been here, things have changed for the better. He manages 4 teams, 16 different people on a daily basis. He orchestrates and organizes. Things run more smoothly because of him. He's very patient-oriented and always puts his best foot forward. He's a great liaison. He is willing to go above and beyond his duties for each team member. He does any job necessary to keep the flow going. No job is too big or too small, he even mops the floors. He is even-keeled, good with the doctors, nurses, family, and ancillary staff. He never raises his voice, always courteous with staff, especially when asking you to take on the next case. He is a great source of information for teaching protocol to new nurses and younger staff. Great addition to the team, a pleasure to work with, and makes my job a lot easier.
