I was in the hospital for 10 days and came across many wonderful people... but John definitely stood out! He was caring, attentive, and made me feel safe. He always had a smile and kind words for me. He went out of his way to find answers to my questions, whether about my medication or diet. He also took time to have someone bring up my personal belonging and always made a point to check on my comfort. I was under the impression that he was a long-term employee and was shocked he had not been in the field long. He definitely cares about people and his actions prove it.
