I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion John provided as my nurse during my stay at Cleveland Clinic London. His dedication beyond his nursing responsibilities is truly remarkable. He takes time to exchange words in the middle of his busy day, and the little gesture of making sure that my morning newspapers are delivered and offering tea or coffee to my visitors really amazed me. I always told him that we need a nurse like him in England. He went above and beyond in every aspect of nurse care, always polite, nothing too much at all times of day and night.

John took good care of me during the last day of my stay in the hospital. He's a good nurse and listener; he made me comfortable sharing some of my personal struggles in life, which I appreciated. The time he spent listening, despite his busy shift, makes a lot of difference.
