John is a very interactive nurse with his patients. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to our family. He was so compassionate and kind to my brother. He is an example of what a nurse should be.

John was kind, compassionate, competent, gentle, funny and personable. My mom was only there a short time, but she looked forward to seeing him the next morning. In fact, she wouldn't have minded staying longer because she liked John so much. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. He went over our discharge papers in detail adding notes and reminders for us. We felt fully prepared to go home without worry.
My mom had an Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) at 87 years of age. I was very anxious. John's care, skill, and personable professionalism eased that anxiety and most importantly any unexpected anxiety my mother may have had. He made a lasting impression on us with his quality care.
