I had shoulder replacement surgery in February. As I was waking up from anesthesia, I had a terrible panic attack and wanted to rip all my tubes and stand up and walk. John was so compassionate and kind. John went out of his way to make me comfortable, talked me through it and explained what I was feeling. His help came less from knowledge, which others had too, but more importantly from having a kind heart. He helped me greatly with my recovery and I am grateful.
