John calmly and warmly met my son and I in the lobby after this intently listened to my concerns and advocated for us to get the medical care that my son needed. He spoke with the Director of Lab Services, and they worked together for him to get his labs drawn. Thank you, John, for your help, your attentive ear, and your advocacy on my son’s behalf.
