“John also had time to take to explain everything to us so we would understand, and if my husband disagreed with a treatment, John always encouraged him to do the treatment if he wanted to go home. He always had a smile on his face, even when he was working over 12 hours. And he always made sure my husband was taken care of, even though he had many other patients! ”
