Patrick was very warm, friendly, and patient in handling my father who was admitted for a mild stroke and has a pre-existing Parkinson's/Dementia. With his gentle but constant prodding, he was able to wake papa from a long deep sleep caused by medication and kept him alert by conversing patiently with him. He rendered his service with a sincere concern for the patient in a gentle efficient manner. He also took the time to explain the doctor's instructions to us and constantly reminded us that he was just a call away for any concerns. Lastly, he went out of his way to assist us in processing our discharge and prepared papa for his trip home as if he was his own father/grandfather. We are very satisfied and highly appreciate that Patrick was assigned as papa's clinical nurse.
