John Paul Doni C. Masonsong, DNP, MSN, RN

Doni Masonsong is the kind of leader who never says no (perhaps even when he should!). His skill set is broad and varied - if it is a technical project…get Doni! If it is an urgent and detail-driven need…how about Doni? While he is committed to supporting his bosses and colleagues, it is always the clinical nurse at the center of his work. He uses the lens of how this process will improve their professional lives, drive more efficiency, or improve quality. He is truly a nurse’s nurse.

While Doni is often a solo contributor, his roles have included being an educator, informaticist, overseeing operations, professional practice, and, of course, king of all things associated with technology! In addition to developing playbooks, overseeing rollouts, and presenting at all levels of conferences, Doni has been a driving force behind every successful survey at SBC. Working behind the scenes to make things smooth, or does some of the heavy lifting to get it done.

The only thing longer than the name of John Paul Doni C. Masongsong is the many credentials and letters that come after his name. It is my pleasure to present Doni with this Nursing Leader DAISY Award.
