I have been in the ER numerous times these past six months. And almost every time, John is there with his cheery smile and kind, funny personality. He has stuck by my side making sure I had the best care. I was always in the most comfortable and calm room area. He has seen me paralyzed and in the worst pain. John's heart is bigger than the entire building. Having a nurse like John makes even the worst day worth smiling for.

My daughter has very complex health history and had many trips to the ER. John is so caring and efficient, and is good at IVs. It's so nice to see his smiling face and know that he cares and believes in you. It is so comforting to know he is there.
