John is our "go to" guy in Case Management. He always comes in with a smile on his face. When we have sick calls and are short staffed, he always jumps in to take on the responsibility of handling extra work without any hesitation.
John is one of those nurses who never complains, nor does he get involved in office or hospital politics. He always volunteers to help and assist with the training of new staff and will help any of his co-workers with computer questions. For some of us less than knowledgeable people, it is amazingly helpful.
When we are short staffed due to illness or vacations and operating at full capacity, I know that we can call him in on his day off to cover and he is more than willing to help out his team.
John is very compassionate and caring with all of his patients and their families. He goes above and beyond on a daily basis and demonstrates living our CHI mission and vision daily in his work.
