John took two of my patients from the ER tonight. He was so positive and willing to take the patient so quickly when we were hit with multiple traumas at the same time. I told him I was unable to start the blood transfusion, to which he replied, "Don't even worry, I can start the blood up here". I then had another patient to give him later and couldn't remember a couple of the specific details, and he responded with, "It's okay, we are all capable of finding these answers."

This saved so much time and created such a great team relationship. The patient's care was ultimately better, as they didn't have to wait down in the ER.
