Each time I have to have an IV there are always complications. This brings on anxiety, panic, fear, and loneliness on my part. My nurse is special to me because he was very compassionate, understanding, and a very good listener regarding my feelings. John took his time with my veins explaining exactly what he was doing. This made me calm and I trusted John. I'm so happy to say that he got the IV in on one stick! John is very professional, easy going, and confident. He's shown to be a great listener with a natural gift to make anyone smile during a scary moment. Great job, John! I really appreciate you and your entire team.
