John is very patient-focused. He does not just check in a patient and check off the boxes for Clinical Decision Indicators (CDIs). He listens to the patient's history and complaints and will act on them immediately. He will come to talk with me and will then initiate further evaluations such as ambulatory pulse oximeter and EKG.
He provides educational materials for smoking cessation, Hypertension, and more. He shares information from the Pima Council on Aging regarding Dementia and other topics. He has completed the REACH VA support for caretakers of Dementia patients. He is a pleasure to work with; patients love talking with him. John is reliable, conscientious and proactive.
