John Stevens, BSN, RN

John Stevens is an asset to Saddleback Hospital. My father came in for a heart procedure, and John was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He made my father feel secure about his procedure and thoroughly explained to him what to do when he was released. He listened and showed compassion to all the patients in the area. Saddleback Hospital is blessed to have John Stevens as an employee. Job well done, John!

John has exceptional bedside manners. My mother, as well as myself, appreciate the kindness and care he provided during her recent stay. English is my mother's second language, and I often see her dealt with in a hurried and impatient manner. Unlike many that we deal with, John was absolutely delightful. He has a great disposition. I witnessed him show great patience with my mother and take the time to joke around with her to make her feel comfortable. My mother even whispered to me that he was very nice.
