I was a medical professional for years, so I know good patient care when I see it. J.T. was the best nurse I could ever hope for. He far exceeded the standard of care. He listened as if I were his only patient. He was exceedingly quick to respond to the call light. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice and demonstrated that he cared about me, my concerns, my health, and well-being. He showed the true human compassion that's missing from so many these days. He familiarized himself with my case and answered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found it out. He went above and beyond standard patient care every time I had the privilege of being his patient. Jackson is very fortunate to have him on their staff. He is as big an asset to this hospital as the facility itself. J.T. deserves this award because I'm sure I'm not the only patient he provides this level of care to.
