John Tickner, RN

John has a kind and warming soul. I'm writing this story because he made a difference in my life and my experience with nurses in the Emergency Room. He was thoughtful, and he explained everything going on with me. His smile is very contagious. His compassion is so catching. He made me feel like I was a sibling in his family; I got a lot of tender, loving care. He is an awesome person. I remember his love and passion for his job. You can see in John that he loves what he does, and that makes a patient's day and also makes them feel better in their time of pain. This is a great opportunity to show my appreciation for John and how he made my stay in the Emergency Room nice and compassionate. I really would like to thank Aurora Sinai for your loving and empathetic person. John, keep up the amazing work. You made a difference.
