My mom has been in the hospital for over 12 days. She gets John as her nurse and loves him. He would come in frequently and talk with her as well as take care of her. Her face would light up when talking about how kind and caring he is. She had to have her chest drained so he went down with her and held her hand throughout the procedure. He made her feel safe. You have an outstanding staff.
