John received three DAISY nominations:
John in the ER was amazing. He was forthcoming, realistic, compassionate and down to earth. After his shift he came to second floor to see how it went during the surgery consult! We were very impressed by that. He made a bad situation so much better!

I brought my daughter into the ER after having a high fever for multiple days. John could tell my daughter was nervous from the moment we walked in. He took the time to be silly and gain her trust before starting any tests. My daughter was much more at ease with her ‘friend John’ by her side. Thank you John for going above and beyond for your tiny patients.

I had my mom brought to the emergency room at Mercy hospital and a nurse named John took care of my mom. My mom was combative and not very kind. John was so compassionate to my mom. She really liked him. John was very kind but professional. I would like to thank John and would love for him to be recognized for his compassion and care he gives to his patients.
