We appreciate John's positive attitude during the admission process. My family and I were very comfortable with having a male Nurse. John called the main hospital and asked for the nurses there to hold items that my mother had left in her hospital room, we appreciated that.
It is always difficult to be in the hospital, especially on a holiday. John, on his own accord, brought a Valentine's Day balloon for every patient at Carelink, bringing smiles to the patients' faces. It is little things like this that mean the most.
