My family member came in with a serious illness. Johna Baker treated us so wonderfully, ensuring that we had all we needed and were comfortable. When we had to return to the hospital sometime after discharge, my family member's eyes lit up seeing the same nurse as before. We were in the hospital during the holidays and Johna was wonderful at bringing up our spirits, even fixing my family member's hair for visitors. Johna went beyond to make sure our holiday was wonderful and if we had questions or concerns, she would find answers or be reassuring to clear our worries.
